Lions Clubs International (LCI) is one of the world’s leading non-profit organizations that I was fortunate enough to work for. Responsibilities and highlights as UX/UI Designer:
• Collaborated with 7 product owners, managers, and the CTO to research and develop digital solutions, creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes under strict deadlines.
• Led UX/UI projects ranging from targeted bug fixes to complete redesigns of existing digital ecosystems, implementing a universal design philosophy across products.
• Web designs for high volume traffic of 250,000+ users per month with positive feedback
• Redesigned platform to be ADA compliant with accessibility for users with visual impairments
• Increased volunteer reporting (a key LCI Metric) by conducting research, interviewing users, and using user suggestions to design new reporting tool aligned with user goals
