Lead UX/UI desginer for Athletico Careers Page to increase web traffic with more robust search options, updated content, and better SEO capabilities. Led the UX/UI direction for Athletico’s Careers experience and the initial kickoff with Appcast, the external partner responsible for design and development. I established the UX philosophy, design guidelines, and brand library, and created the design documentation and creative framework initially created from our efforts with Athletico’s flagship product and application, RTM. This was used by the internal team and Appcast to carry the experience through implementation. Early on, I established the UX/UI framework and design handoff process that enabled an external partner, Appcast, to carry the Athletico experience through design and development.
