Lead UX/UI desginer for Athletico Careers Page to increase web traffic with more robust search options, updated content, and better SEO capabilities. Led the UX/UI direction for Athletico’s Careers experience and the initial kickoff with Appcast, the external partner responsible for design and development. Established the UX philosophy, design guidelines, and brand library, and created the design documentation and creative framework used by the internal team and Appcast to carry the experience through implementation.
